ITESA's Vendor Information Portal (VIP) index has a significant repository of information on over 300 call center vendors and providers. This allows our consulting team to "fast-track" the vendor selection process for our clients.

Our consultants work with CEO's, CFOs, CIOs, and CTO's to dig through confusing and chaotic information on vendors and providers to benchmark, manage and optimize their operations. We map  processes and requirements, develop and manage the RFP and contract process. 

As well, ITESA works with client teams to transition operations and mitigate risks associated with expansion to new locations. We assess internal and external qualities of providers/partners and financial models to best determine the greatest return, based on investments of time, money and resources.
